Citi One Step Updates Dead?

Anyone else seeing a OL-301A error when attempting a Citi OSU? Ever since the news about the breach of Citi's website hit the news, I haven't been able to download any transactions. I can log into the web though, and changed my password with no effect.

Thank you - tried those with no luck. Looks like I will need to call Citi.

I've been having the same error since the announced security breech. As you, I can log in to the web site with no problem.

I thought I had changed my web password, but logged in today with my old one. Went back to Quicken and reentered my old password in the password vault and sucessfully did a transaction update from the Citi account. Then OSU was working fine.

Doing nothing to my Citi Card account either online or in Quicken, my updates started working this morning.

Me too.

I can login in fine using a browser but with QD 2011 it takes several attempts and sometimes it only works on a different date.

I think their servers are overloaded, especially at month's end.
