Why is my USAA Visa account register not displaying all transactions?

The original poster received the correct answer/solution on the first response ... within 6 hours of his original post. And the solution had nothing whatsoever to do with USAA or Quicken - the problem was caused by the user.
Yet the op never once responded to the correct answer.
Then, a day and a half, and several posts, later, without ever acknowledging that the answer had already been provided, the op claimed to have "discovered" the correct answer ("I figured it out").
If you do not plan to pay attention to the answers you receive, you should not bother asking questions.
