I'm a new Desjardins Visa customer. I cannot find out how in blazes to download my 'recent transactions', or anything else for that matter. I've spent a lot of time on the phone 'trying' to make it clear what I want to do. All to no avail. I've never had this problem with ANY other financial institution.

According to that page, a link on it entitled "Register for the online monthly statement of account" looks like you can perhaps VIEW your recent account activity, but since I don't have an account, I don't know if such a facility also provides a 'download' capability.

I've already 'registered' for the statement. The problem is; there's a bit of a language barrier. They refer to things in a different way than any other financial institution I deal with. I received a phone message today, and I've just sent an email and a copy of my statement as requested, along with what I would call a 'detailed' explanation as to what I want to accomplish.
We'll see what happens .
