I used to have a Scott trade account that I ended in May 2013. Whenever I do a one step update, it still wants to update Scott Trade. It says 0 accounts updated successfully, dated 5/27/2013. Scott is not on the list to be updated, I think I have checked all areas, but cannot get it to stop updating. Any suggestions appreciated. Tx

Scott trade is not on the list to be updated. It is marked "no" (activate downloads), same for on line bill pay. Online services has a set up now box. I also have it hidden so as not to see it on the home page. ??

You're quoting from the One Step Update Summary.
The text you quote does not indicate any recent attempt to download from that financial institution - that text has been there since 5/27/2013" ... ignore it.
Quicken can NOT attempt to download from any account unless that account is "activated" for downloading.
Even after you deactivate an account for downloading, it (it's financial institution) will appear in the One Step Update Summary.
