I recently changed my Brother HL 1440 from a USB printer to a network printer using a Netgear PS 121 print server. It is the default printer and It works fine with all the software I have except for Quicken 2002. When I try to print part of the register or any report, the little print window comes up but does not show the HL 1440 on the network. The only entry is for the HL 1440 still as an USB printer and will put the output in the queue for it and the print job just sits there because the HL 1440 is not connected to the USP print port.
What do I have to do to get Quicken to recognize that the printer is on my network?
Thank you very much.
