Hey, I am setting up RSM for the first time and am at the point of adding an Epson printer (TM88III). I went on the EpsonExpert to download the OPOS drivers, but I only saw what appeared to be Windows drivers listed. Am I wrong or are both drivers included in that one download? I did download the files and they were placed under the I386/Compdata files on my C drive. Is there something else I should be downloading or is that it?? thanks.

Windows and OPOS drivers are separate packages. You'll find the OPOS drivers under the "Developers" section of Epson Expert. Under Developers, you should see 3 Icons, POS/ESC, OPOS/UPOS and JPOS. Click the OPOS icon and you'll get to the list of available OPOS downloads...
