When we open a quote, sometimes we like to save a comment on an item so we use the CTL F10 (comment) key, insert the comment and then tender the quote, thus saving the quote in RMS. When we recall the quote and look at the quote, the item comments that were inserted are missing. Is there a bug in the software or are we doing something wrong??
