I have an epson TIII88 and when I first set everything up it was zippy. Now when a transaction completes it takes about 15 seconds for the printer to get the job. The pc it self is in good shape. Any ideas?

I went through a period of having issues with printer speed on the TMT88. The problem was a delay from completing the sale and the print out taking place. This could quite often be upto 30 seconds. I was told to try numerous things but the only thing that worked was to remove any other printers from your control panel. It seems these can conflict with the TMT88 OPOS driver causing the exact problem you have.
As soon as i did this the print out was instant
