Reciept printer

The printer does not install automatically with RMS. You will have to go to Epson's web site and download the OPOS driver. After it's installed go into manager and put the device name in under register properties. If you get stuck let us know. Craig

I'm having the same problem. Please email me a copy of the OPOS driver or the link to it. I don't see it on the website. I've submitted a request for it but I don't know how long they'll respond back to me. Thanks!

ok i installed the drivers and everything. now i registered the printer on the manager and put in the name as EPSON TM-T88IV. then it asked me to restart POS. so i did that. then i opened the manager and it gives the message "the printer has not be connected". it is connected to the computer and everything. I dont know what i am doing wrong here. There might be one thing. I have windows vista and when i am installing the driver for it at one point it asks me which operating system i have and vista is not in the option so i choose 2000 one time and Xp another time. I dont know if thats why it is not working properly.
