Once you receive your dongle don't you get access to more free help? I forget to ask my reseller today how to access this.
Second, I am probably just brain dead from trying to creat a new database but I have forgotten how to import cvs file to add new items, new alais etc. I did it twice today!! Like I said I think I am just brain dead now!!

When you purchase your software, you are given the option to purchase the RMS Maintenance Program which gives you updates to the program for the year and access to CustomerSource. It contains a knowledge base of information, more reports, receipts, PO templates.
