Will I be able to upgrade from 1.2 to 3.X later when there is more features that work. I purchased this software because my vender told me it was easy to use.

  1. Web Integration doesn?t work with out thousands of dollar add-ons ?

  1. Matrix?s items don?t show on touch screen display so only really smart people can find them in the look up.

  2. P/O take too much time is this fixed in 2.0?

  1. Store operations need to have a year to year comparison.

5 .Why doesn?t RMS integrate with any Microsoft Accounting software like MS Money?

  1. Why cant you have auto batch settlement for credit cards?

I spent over $50,000 dollars to make rms do what it was supposed to do out of the box????

Web integration $10,000, Programmable keyboards for fast transaction speed $5000.00, Auto backup and EDC settle batch Macro works great $5000.00, Weight Scales integration for produce $5000.00, Remote VPN Login for event sales $5000.00 Over 1000 hr.s of testing $20,000

Can 2.0 do all of this it should ???????? snipped-for-privacy@msn.com

Wow, where'd you get that stuff? I would like to know so that I can stay FAR away from them. That stuff better be made from gold. Craig

I am in the wrong business. Anybody want to buy a Remote VPN Login solution? $3000 and I'll throw in the hardware for free.

AL: First, find a new RMS partner. File the necessary paperwork with MS to transfer your account from the thief (thieves?) you've been dealing with. For $50K you'd better have the absolute sweetest RMS solution *EVER*. It's probably no use talking to a lawyer and I'd advise you not to slash any tires or anything link that--but I'd make sure that *everybody* I talked to would never do business with whomever has been stealing your money.

1000 hours of testing? Holy time vacuum, Batman! I doubt Microsoft has 1000 hours of testing on v2.0! I'm sure they didn't when it came to v1.3R... :(

I dunno about EDC auto-settle, but I found an auto-backup script on this group for free. Is it legal for me to sell somebody else's code? For $500 + travel expenses I will come to your location and implement it for you.

All joking aside (and Al, I was NOT joking about the change of reseller thing) I don't plan to implement v2.0 anytime soon. I'm on an extortion, er maintenance plan so my v2.0 disks showed up recently. Once they have 3-4 hotfixes I'll ponder the switch. Frankly, with v3.0 scheduled for early

2008, I'm not feeling a big urge to go to v2.0...
