Hi All
Please can someone help, we have a shop that has a big issue in that all the days tranactions are not showing up on a x or z read after the till has gone into offline mode.
We have tried printing while in offline and it is not an option and and soon as the till comes back to primary we do a x or z and all the values are at zero - can anyone shed any light on this please??

Sorry I havent made it clear the 2nd till is using an offline database during this time and STILL the x and z get reset?????

SO Manager | Journal | Update Batch Info | OK | you should see a Blind Close for each register that went into Offline mode. Double click, close them and print out your Z.
