We have a new client and while they can print to their receipt printer when doing sales transactions, the X report does not print on the receipt register when they try to print it. They are using OPOS drivers for the receipt printer.

Try these steps:
SO Manager | Database | Registers | Receipt Formats | Highlight your Receipt, Click Properties | Click the Lookup on Report (magnifying glass) | Select "X Report" under the Receipt Templates
