quicken h&b 2007 xp pro sp2
it was working - now I can't see any downloaded transactions. there is a red indicator next to the account but there is nothing showing under "Downloaded Transactions" and it indicate (0).
what happened to them?

I am not using H&B. However, in other versions, the "download" indicator might also mean they are scheduled transactions that are ready to be entered soon.
----------- I have the same problem. I just downloaded and nothing is showing on the downloaded transaction tab. However, the account overview says I have 510 tranactions outstanding transactions to compare.

Hi All,
They won't show, until you click One Step Update and click OK, I learned. This is even after you use the Import function. You need to click One Step Update.
