Tried to access the "Quicken.com" web site two days in a row. Both times I obtained a fatal error whenever I clicked on any item on the page. The problem isn't my browser as it works fine on all other websites.
The problem I want to inquire about is that whenever I download transactions, red marks appear on some of my accounts, but when I open them there are no downloaded transactions. Not even in the screen at the bottom of the page.
