Using QKN Premier, R10.11, Build 27.1.10.11, on a 2-year subscription, on Windows 10 PRO
Recent update post mentions R11.someting or other. On checking for updates from within QKN, am told I have the latest.
SOOOOO... Who's on first? Which is latest update?

R11.1 was the most recent release and was partially distributed to a few unfortunate souls before it was pulled due to the bugs it contained.
R10.11 is the current "stable" release.
R11.18 is in staged release.

I'll bite, what is a staged release?
They release it to a pregressively larger audience over a period of days. This allows them to stop the release if a major bug shows up, and also reduces the load on the servers hosting the patch.
