BOA and Barclays Bank one-step-update error

For a couple of days I've been getting the following using Q2010

OL-220-A (Quicken did not receive a valid response from the server).

from BOA and Barclays Bank Delaware when I do a "one-step-update". Same thing happens when initiating the update from the Quicken register "Account Actions / Update Now" drop-down list.

Downloading from either bank's web site is OK.

Anyone else seeing this?

I've had a little trouble during O-S-U (don't recall the specific error), but it generally clears when I initiate an update w/in a BofA account.

I'm using Q2011.
