Can't print envelopes

Using Quicken Basic 2007 ... For some strange reason the envelope printing function has stopped working. When the OK on the print envelope screen is pressed it goes back to the address book instead of the printer. Works fine on the Label & List selections. It's like the Quicken PDF Printer or the Amyuni Document Converter are not being accessed. Would apprciate any and all suggestions. Thanks

Any number of people are having this problem. Try Googleing "envelopes" in this newsgroup. AFIK it is still not resolved -- at least I'm still having the problem with H&B 2007 and have tried numerous suggestions.
