Hi, When I open Store Operation POS program . It pop up the message as follow: "Warning 941: The copy protection device that used to be on this register was not found. Do you wish to continue?" . What is copy protection device? why does the pop up appear? Any help would be very thankful. QN.

The security device (dongle) is a device that plugs into your parallel port or a USB port. It prevents people from copying the RMS program and using it without paying for it. It needs to be on the first machine that will open POS for the day.
Either your dongle fell off or you have two machines listed as Register 1.
Phu Nguyen, what you need to do, for the warning to go away, is re-install the driver.
