Do I have to uses windows or OPOS.
Do I have to have Cash Drawer 1 enabled?
I have adjusted the Database/Tender Types/Properties/Pop Cash drawer
I have verified cash drawer pops with M-S Cash Drawer Controller.
Just cant get it to pop with RMS

Hi Brian,
Cash Drawer will need to be set up using opos... not the windows driver. (I could not find the opos driver online)
Call M-S Cash Drawer @ (800) 544-1749 Ask to speak with Rashad Vick and or tell the reception... you need to set up usb with opos cash drawer.
He will email you a zip file which you will unzip and run the install program.
In RMS simply enable the cash drawer for the register with OPOS device name: OPOSTest
It seemed to have worked!
PLEASE NOTE The OPOS utility did not allow us to create a different named instance...which simplied things even further.
